Hope you all are doing well.Welcome to my blog (Namah Yoga). My aim is to spread the awareness of yoga and its benefits So that People can connect easily with themselves.
Yoga is not an exercise it's more than that it's about practices of postures, improve flexibility, muscle strength, and body tone. Yoga brings physical and mental disciplines to our body and mind. It helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. Yoga asanas build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
My main motto is written in this blog is to give knowledge from the beginning So that everyone can read and gain and implement it into their lives. Yoga means this connection, this knowledge that removes the impurities and the veil of ignorance that keep us, strangers, to ourselves.
Yoga is a Sanskrit word that comes from the Sanskrit root "Yuj" which means connecting, joining, or balancing.
